OLGA
OLGA (Optimized Likelihood estimate of immunoGlobulin Amino-acid sequences) software package computes the generation probability of a given CDR3 amino acid sequence motif. The OLGA algorithm uses Dynamic Programming (DP) and can compute probabilities V(D)J recombination in B or T cells given V/J restriction or without it.
