ORIOGEN

Oriogen (Order-restricted inference for ordered gene expression) is a JAVA-based software package that compares high-dimensional data among two or more ordered experimental conditions and pairwise comparisons of high-dimensional data among two or more experimental conditions. The underlying methodology uses bootstrapping and attempts to control the false discovery rate while being computationally efficient. The software is suitable when the data are independent among experimental conditions but not suitable for small sample sizes or when data between groups are correlated.
