OligoCalc

OligoCalc is a tool to calculate the melting temperature, concentration, molecular weight, absorbance at 260 nanometers, and physical properties of single- and double-stranded DNA and RNA molecules. OligoCalc algorithm recognizes 5’ and 3’ chemical modifications and predicts potential hairpin loops.
