OmicBrowse

OmicBrowse is an open source genome browser that can maintain multiple genome annotation datasets and regulate user data access to these datasets. It allows multiple users to have their own integrative view of their unpublished and published datasets, reducing maintenance costs. OmicBrowse supports DAS1 imports and exports of annotations to Internet site servers worldwide. It also provides a data-download server that interactively selects datasets and filters the data on the selected datasets. The OmicBrowse server has been available since 2003.
