OncoSimulR

OncoSimulR is a software tool for the simulation and analysis of cancer progression, focusing on the accumulation sequence of mutations and identifying potential order restrictions among them. This tool is particularly useful for exploring the complex dynamics of tumor evolution, where certain mutations must occur in a specific order for cancer to progress. By incorporating passengers (mutations not directly contributing to cancer development) into evolutionary models of tumor progression, OncoSimulR provides a more realistic scenario for assessing the impact of various factors on the ability to identify these critical order restrictions.
