Oufti

Oufti is a software tool for the quantitative analysis of microscopy data. The Oufti algorithm includes functions to track touching cells in confluent samples, quantitative analysis of diffraction and non-diffraction-limited fluorescence signals, detection, and quantification of cells and fluorescence signals, interactive segmentation, and post-processing analyses.
