OutlierD

The software tool OutlierD is an outlier detection program that addresses the issue of heterogeneity of variability in high-throughput data generated from mass spectrometry experiments. It utilizes linear, non-linear, and non-parametric quantile regression techniques and is developed using the R computer language, making it interactive and convenient to use in the R environment.
