PATH2PPI

Path2PPI is a software tool designed to identify protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks in fully sequenced organisms with limited knowledge of PPI. It is an R package that predicts PPI networks based on sets of proteins from well-established model organisms. Path2PPI provides an intuitive visualization of the PPI networks and can combine and transfer information about a certain pathway or biological process from several reference organisms to one target organism.

One of the advantages of Path2PPI is its usability, which makes it an accessible tool for researchers who may not have extensive knowledge of bioinformatics. Additionally, the tool can be used to generate more comprehensive PPI networks for organisms that have limited known PPI data, which can be highly valuable in the field of molecular biology.
