PPUS
PPUS is a web server that uses support vector machines as classifiers and nucleotides around Ψ sites as features to predict PUS-specific Ψ sites. It accurately predicts new Ψ sites for PUS1, PUS4, and PUS7 in yeast and PUS4 in humans.
