PRIMUS
PRIMUS is a pedigree reconstruction algorithm that reconstructs pedigrees using genome-wide identity by descent estimates from observed genetic data. It has been expanded to include mitochondrial and non-recombining Y chromosome haplotypes to eliminate inconsistent pedigree structures.
