PRSice
PRSice is a software tool for calculating, applying, evaluating, and plotting the results of polygenic risk scores (PRS), which are sums of trait-associated alleles across many genetic loci weighted by effect sizes estimated from a genome-wide association study. PRSice can calculate PRS at a large number of thresholds to provide the best-fit PRS, handle genotyped and imputed data, thin Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) according to linkage disequilibrium and P-value, incorporate ancestry-informative variables, and apply PRS across multiple traits in a single run.
