ParTIES
ParTIES (Paramecium Toolbox for Interspersed DNA Elimination Studies) is a Perl-based software tool designed to identify and characterize eliminated sequences in Paramecium species, which undergo developmental DNA elimination. It allows for the detection of rare elimination polymorphisms and measures the presence of eliminated sequences in a sequencing sample.
