PeakLink

PeakLink (PL) is a method for accurately linking peptide peaks between two LC-MS/MS runs. PL utilizes the time and frequency domain in a non-linear support vector machine (SVM) classifier to identify corresponding peptide peaks and reduce noise through wavelet transformation. This method improves existing methods based on similarities in retention time (rt), mass, or peak shape. It has the potential to enable large-scale proteomics studies to be conducted effectively.
