PenDA

PenDA (Personalized Differential Analysis) is an innovative methodology designed to advance the goals of precision medicine by enabling the personalized diagnosis and treatment of patients based on their unique genomic profiles. This novel tool performs differential analysis on a single-sample scale by leveraging the local ordering of gene expressions within individual cases. It compares the deregulation status of genes in a sample of interest against a reference dataset, thus identifying molecular defects at an individual level.
