Phylo-VISTA
Phylo-VISTA is an interactive tool that visualizes and compares cross-species alignment data by organizing the complexity of visual presentation based on interspecies phylogenetic relationships. It supports rapid, user-guided interspecies comparison and leverages concepts from VISTA to aid navigation through large sequence datasets. Phylo-VISTA is highly flexible and powerful for visual data analysis of multiple sequence alignments.
