PmliPred

PmliPred is a software tool for predicting interactions between microRNAs (miRNAs) and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in plants. Utilizing both deep learning and shallow machine learning models trained on raw sequence and manually extracted features, respectively, PmliPred combines these models through fuzzy decision-making for interaction prediction.
