Poretools
Poretools is an open-source software designed for exploring datasets generated by nanopore sequencing devices from MinION™. It operates directly on the native FAST5 file format produced by ONT and provides a suite of command-line utilities and a Python API for format conversion, data exploration, and visualization. Poretools aims to standardize the analysis of nanopore datasets, providing researchers with a flexible toolkit for quality control and downstream analysis.
