ProtocolNavigator

The software tool 'ProtocolNavigator' is designed to address the challenge of interpreting and assessing complex experimental methodologies and designs from written text, which is a major contributing factor to irreproducibility in biological research. It provides an open-source emulation-based tool for designing, documenting and reproducing biological experiments, which is biologist-friendly and platform-independent.
