PyPanda
PyPanda is a Python implementation of the gene regulatory network inference method PANDA (Passing Attributes between Networks for Data Assimilation). PANDA integrates multiple types of 'omics data using a message-passing approach to infer gene regulatory networks. The original version of PANDA was written in C++, but PyPanda offers a faster and more feature-rich alternative. In addition to improved performance, PyPanda includes extra functionalities for network analysis.
