QuIN

The tool QuIN is a web-based application that allows the building and visualization of chromatin interaction networks, annotating networks with functional genomics and interaction datasets, querying network components, and prioritizing critical regulatory targets and their interactions. The software utilizes network theory approaches and is available on a web server as well as the source code on GitHub under the GPLV3 license.
