RAREMETAL
RAREMETAL is a software tool for the meta-analysis of rare variants using genotyped data from arrays or sequencing. The RAREMETAL algorithm includes functions for individual studies accounting for study-specific covariates, family and population structure, single variant, and burden tests, and conditional association analyses. This tool can also produce summaries of linkage disequilibrium information.
