RAmiRNA
RAmiRNA is a suite of standalone software designed to facilitate the development of prediction models for mature microRNAs (miRNAs) in relatively less studied organisms. The software uses support vector machine (SVM) learning to develop prediction models for miRNAs and generate training accuracy for quick estimation of prediction ability. RAmiRNA can be used to develop SVM-based models for predicting mature miRNAs in an organism or a group of organisms on a UNIX based local machine.
