RSSALib
RSSALib (Rejection-based stochastic simulation algorithm) is a software tool to simulate biochemical reaction mechanisms with complex kinetic and time delays. The RSSALib uses a Rejection-based stochastic simulation algorithm. The package includes an API and a GUI.
