RTK
RTK is a software package for analyzing large microbiomics datasets, allowing for efficient rarefaction and estimation of diversity, richness, and evenness. Operating at least 7x faster than existing solutions while requiring 10x less memory, this software provides a practical and user-friendly solution for data analysis.
