RegStatGel

RegStatGel is a free, user-friendly, open-source proteomic software developed under Matlab 7.01 with a graphical user interface for two-dimensional gel electrophoresis image analysis. It contains automated and interactive procedures to identify differentially expressed proteins from gel images. It is a critical step in the proteomic workflow for detecting changes in protein expression under different conditions.
