RelateAdmix

The software tool "RelateAdmix" provides maximum likelihood estimates of pairwise relatedness from genetic data for individuals that are admixed (i.e., have ancestry from more than one population). It outperforms three existing software tools (REAP, KING, and Plink) in obtaining better estimates and is applicable to large datasets.
