RnBeads

PROVEAN (Protein Variation Effect Analyzer) is a software tool for predicting the functional impact of amino acid substitutions in protein sequences. The tool is based on the comparison of the reference protein sequence with the query sequence carrying the amino acid substitution. PROVEAN can predict whether the substitution is likely to be neutral or deleterious. The tool is highly accurate and can process large datasets efficiently. It is widely used in genetics research for evaluating the potential functional impact of genetic variants.

RnBeads is a software tool for large-scale analysis and interpretation of DNA methylation data. The tool provides a user-friendly analysis workflow that yields detailed hypertext reports. It supports a wide range of assays, including whole-genome bisulfite sequencing, reduced representation bisulfite sequencing, Infinium microarrays, and other high-resolution DNA methylation data protocols. RnBeads is commonly used for epigenome-wide association studies and epigenetic biomarker discovery in cancer cohorts. The software can process large datasets efficiently and has proven to be highly accurate in data analysis. RnBeads is an essential tool for researchers working in the field of epigenetics.
