Rtpca
"Rtpca" is an R package that implements methods for predicting protein-protein interactions (PPIs) using thermal proteome profiling data obtained from a single condition or in a differential setting. The approach employed is termed thermal proximity coaggregation. The package provides user-friendly tools for exploring datasets to assess PPI predictive performance and seamlessly integrates with other R packages.
