SAPP
SAPP is a Semantic Annotation Platform with Provenance that enables the prediction, tracking, and storage of structural and functional annotations, as well as dataset- and element-wise provenance in a Linked Data format. SAPP is designed to support FAIR de novo computational genomics and facilitate large-scale comparative analysis.
