SISEQ

SISEQ is a software tool for converting multiple sequence files for DNA sequences corresponding to CDS or RNA field of a large database file, as well as subsequent multi-sequence conversions for phylogenetic or molecular biological analysis. It provides a command-line interface, a GUI, and a script-driven operation mode. SISEQ is available for free to academic users in the form of a Macintosh FAT binary, DOS executable, or UNIX source code.
