SKINK
The software tool SKINK is a web server designed to predict distortions from optimal α-helical geometry, which can have significant effects on protein structural changes. SKINK uses string kernel-based kink prediction and annotates the most probable kink position in a given α-helix sequence. The web server is freely accessible and is also available as a module of the BALL software.
