SPANG
SPANG is a user-friendly SPARQL client designed to facilitate easy and effective access to RDF datasets and integrative analysis of distributed data. It generates typical SPARQL queries based on user-specified arguments, calls SPARQL template libraries constructed in a local system or published on the Web, and allows for combinatorial execution of multiple queries with distinct target databases. This software package can help users exploit RDF datasets and enhance integrative exploitation of biological RDF datasets distributed across the Web.
