SUBAcon
SUBAcon (SUBAcellular Arabidopsis consensus) is a naive Bayes classifier algorithm that integrates 22 computational prediction algorithms, experimental GFP and MS localizations, protein-protein interaction and co-expression data to derive a consensus call and probability for subcellular location of proteins in Arabidopsis. It classifies protein location more accurately than single predictors and is available in the SUBA3 database.
