SYNBADm

SYNBADm is a software toolbox designed to automatically optimize the design of gene circuits with specific functions using libraries of components. It uses global optimization to simultaneously search the space of structures and kinetic parameters, which can handle high levels of circuit complexity and multiple design criteria through multiobjective optimization. The software provides flexible design capabilities allowing users to define the modeling framework, library of components, and target performance functions
