SamCluster

The software tool 'SamCluster' is designed to automatically discover sample classes based on gene expression profile data. It incorporates feature selection algorithms based on the coefficient of variation and t-test into hierarchical clustering to identify stable sample classes. The proposed scheme was applied to four expression datasets, and the results demonstrate that the SamCluster is an efficient method for sample class discovery using gene expression profiles.
