SamSPECTRAL

"SamSPECTRAL" is an algorithm designed to enhance the clustering of large, multidimensional datasets, which is crucial for advancing understanding in various biological fields. Spectral clustering, known for its effectiveness in numerous applications, traditionally faces challenges with large datasets due to significant time and memory demands. SamSPECTRAL addresses these limitations by integrating an information-preserving sampling procedure with a post-processing stage, making spectral clustering feasible for extensive datasets.
