Scribl

Scribl is a web-based library that enables users to access, analyze, and visualize large, remotely stored genomic data with an interactive experience similar to desktop applications. By leveraging HTML5 technology, Scribl allows for developing specialized yet lightweight applications that empower researchers to conduct customized data analyses and views to address specific biological questions. This helps researchers to more effectively answer biological questions than what is currently possible with existing genome browsers.
