Sentieon DNASeq
Sentieon DNASeq is a software toolkit that provides an alternative to the Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK) for variant calling in genome sequencing data. As genome sequencing becomes more common, efficient and accurate variant calling is crucial. Sentieon DNASeq aims to deliver faster variant calling while maintaining the same level of accuracy as GATK.
