SeqBox

SeqBox is a software tool developed to address the computational demands and results reproducibility issues associated with RNAseq and ChIPseq technologies. These technologies have gained significant importance over the last decade, but analyzing the raw data generated by them can be challenging and time-consuming. With SeqBox, this problem is solved as it is a cost-effective and reproducible RNAseq/ChIPseq hardware/software solution that can make the analysis of RNAseq and ChIPseq data easier and more accessible.

SeqBox is based on the NUC6I7KYK mini-PC, an Intel consumer game computer with a fast processor and a high-performance SSD disk. This hardware is combined with the Docker container platform, which is a popular and efficient tool for software engineering. Combining these two components produces a powerful and efficient solution for analyzing RNAseq and ChIPseq data.

One of the features of SeqBox is its user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI), which provides easy access to fast and reproducible analysis of RNAseq and ChIPseq data. The GUI is designed to be user-friendly, allowing scientists with or without scripting experience to access the tool and perform the analysis efficiently.
