SimRA

SimRA (Simulation based on Random-graphs Algorithms) is a software tool to simulate evolutionary scenarios of multiple populations together with subdivisions and admixture. SimRA models coalescence, genetic exchange, and recombination events by producing an Ancestral Recombination Graph (ARG) network structure.
