SpaCEM3
SpaCEM3 is a software tool that provides ad hoc algorithms for module detection, particularly suitable for biological data with high-dimensionality, interactions between components, and missingness in observations. It is developed in C++ and can be used via command line or with the GUI under Linux and Windows environments.
