SpliceMachine
The software tool SpliceMachine is a novel splice site prediction tool that can accurately predict intron boundaries on DNA sequences, facilitating the correct prediction of gene structure in nuclear genomes. It shows state-of-the-art prediction performance on Arabidopsis thaliana and human sequences and is computationally fast. The tool can also be trained by the user on their own data.
