SpotCaliper

SpotCaliper is an ImageJ plugin that provides a fast and automatic detection scheme for circular patterns and precise estimation of their size using wavelet-based image analysis. The software allows users to edit the results in a semi-automated way, extract data for further analysis, and adjust or remove original detections, as well as add further spots. Its main advantage is the ability to capture spot size in a fast and accurate way.
