StereoGene
StereoGene is a method for rapidly estimating the genome-wide correlation between genomic features such as high-throughput data mapped to a reference genome or sets of genomic annotations. StereoGene can compute a correlation between continuous data without data binarization and data loss and accounts for potential confounders such as input DNA by partial correlation.
