SubVis

SubVis is an R library to compare results of multiple protein sequence alignments using amino acid substitution matrices that can be user defined or predefined. SubVis library uses alignment functions present in R and displays the alignment quality and individual amino acid substitutions. Thus, providing interactive visualizations for high- and low-level alignment information.
