T3_MM
Markov model (T3_MM) is capable of effectively distinguishing between T3S and non-T3S proteins. The model was tested using known T3S and non-T3S proteins, which formed two distinct normal distributions. T3_MM was found to be more accurate and robust than other models, with a 5-fold cross-validation sensitivity of 83.9% and specificity of 90.3%.
