TCGA2STAT

The software tool TCGA2STAT is a package designed to download, wrangle, and pre-process TCGA data from tumor samples, making it ready for multivariate and integrated statistical analysis in R. The package provides a user-friendly format with a single function call that requires no further technical or biological knowledge.
