TFInfer
TFInfer is an open-access software for probabilistic inference of transcription factor activities from gene expression data. It has been improved in terms of performance and extended with new features, such as the ability to model time series and multiple independent conditions. It also comes with comprehensive documentation, an intuitive graphical user interface, and a database of yeast and Escherichia coli transcription factors, making it easily accessible even to those without mathematical or computational expertise.
