TOGGLE
TOGGLE (TOolbox for Generic nGs anaLysEs) is a software toolbox that simplifies the creation of robust and reliable pipelines for analyzing large sets of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. Users can easily manage and manipulate various bioinformatics software and utilities within their pipelines using a single, basic configuration file. This configuration file can be modified for each assay without requiring changes to the code itself, making it adaptable to different experimental conditions.
TOGGLE offers a modular approach to pipeline development, enabling faster creation of pipelines with reliable log tracking and data flow for a wide range of analyses. The toolbox also includes a ready-to-use implementation of a complete analysis pipeline for SNP discovery in large genomic datasets, which can be used in various environments, from a single machine to high-performance computing (HPC) clusters.
