TPpred
TPpred is a tool to predict Eukaryotic organelle targeting peptides and cleavage sites. The TPpred3 algorithm uses Support Vector Machine (SVM) with a feature set from sequence motifs from a large set of mitochondrial and chloroplastic proteins. The TPpred3 organelle targeting peptides, classifies peptides into mitochondrial or chloroplastic and localizates cleavage sites.
